Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Our commitment
Talent Solutions is committed to making mytradetalent.com accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C, which is the recognized standard for web accessibility in the United States and internationally.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We strive to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Specific measures we take include:
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background (4.5:1 for body, 3:1 for large text).
- Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
- Keyboard navigation throughout the site, including the menu, dropdowns, and forms.
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging.
- A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
- ARIA attributes on the main navigation, dropdowns, and modals.
- Responsive layouts that work down to 320px-wide screens and at 200% zoom without loss of content.
Compatibility
mytradetalent.com is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
- Keyboard-only navigation.
- Browser zoom up to 200%.
- Operating-system-level high-contrast modes.
The site is tested in the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on both desktop and mobile.
Known limitations
We are continuously working to improve accessibility. The following are known limitations we are actively addressing:
- Embedded third-party content: Some embedded content — including Calendly scheduling and Wistia video — is provided by third parties and may not meet the same conformance level we maintain on the rest of the site. We work with these vendors to push for improvements and provide alternative paths (email, phone) for the same actions.
- PDF downloads: Our downloadable whitepapers, salary guides, and interview guides may not be fully optimized for assistive technology. If you need an accessible version of a specific resource, contact us at the address below and we will provide one.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please let us know:
- Email: staffing@abstraktmg.com
- Phone: 314.886.7975
- Postal address: 800 Lumiere Place Blvd., Suite 300, St. Louis, MO 63102
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days and to resolve specific accessibility issues identified by users as quickly as is reasonable.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice or, if outside the U.S., the equivalent accessibility-enforcement body in your jurisdiction.
Assessment approach
Talent Solutions assesses the accessibility of mytradetalent.com using a combination of:
- Self-evaluation by our internal team using automated tooling (axe-core, Lighthouse) and manual review.
- Third-party evaluations as part of major redesigns.
- User feedback from the form above.
